Mike Catalano - President
Mike Catalano grew up in Gates, NY, and currently lives in Newark with his wife and family. After graduation Mike joined the Navy where he served for 21 years, both active and reserves. Involved in public safety for 31 years, Mike began at the Chili FD where he volunteered for 13 years as a Dispatcher, Fire Fighter & EMT. Mike has worked at Monroe Ambulance for over 30 years and came to Newark EMS in 2012 as the Project Manager. He was instrumental in establishing the wheelchair service. Mike served as Deputy Chief from 2014 to 2016 and currently handles Newark's public relations.

Ralph Miller - Vice President
Ralph Miller, who has served on the Board of Directors for over twenty years, joined N.A.V.A. in 1978 as a driver / medic and became an EMT 1980. Ralph was certified by New York State from 1980 until 2006, Ralph has been volunteer for his entire nearly thirty-eight years in EMS. He has served as President of the N.A.V.A. Board of Directors eight terms over the years and Vice President three terms. To date, he is still fulfilling various and sundry assignments with and for N.A.V.A. Ralph belongs to local veterans organizations and performs parades, military funerals and other veteran associated activities. Joyce belongs to their auxiliaries, doing parades and other functions supporting veterans causes. Retirement consists of family, home, friends and volunteer activities along with some occasional travel.

Peter Bonadonna - Member of the Board Experienced Paramedic and educator. Strong professional skills in Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Point-of-Care Ultrasound (PoCUS) education is his new passion, he loves to teach anyone who wishes to learn this skill. Peter has additional skills in electronic design and repair, computer troubleshooting as well as lock-smithing.
Alicia Catalano - Member of the Board
A lifelong Newark resident, Alicia graduated in 2001 and currently lives in the village with her husband and family. An EMT since 2012. Employed as a CNA at the Wayne County Nursing Home for 19 years. Alicia also leads the Junior membership program preparing younger kids for a future in EMS.

Bruce Minger - Member of the Board
