Founded in 1977
Newark-Arcadia Volunteer Ambulance Incorporated is a non-profit Emergency Medical Service that operates in the Village of Newark and the Town of Arcadia in Upstate New York. The Service is certified by the New York State Department of Health. It provides Basic Life Support Transportation services. NAVA responds on a 24/7 basis. NAVA is not a part of the municipal government. We respond to over 3000 calls per year. Our Junior member program is designed for young adults ranging in age from 14-18 who are interested in EMS.
